The subdivision of Mountain Meadows lies directly above the downtown area of Tehachapi with gorgeous hilltop views of the city and the Sierra Mountains to the north. Enjoy relative seclusion provided by this parcel with the convenience of being close to shopping, schools and other amenities Tehachapi has to offer. Mountain Meadows offers true off-grid living, though there are homes nearby connected to the power grid, so traditional electricity is possible. There isn’t an HOA, and the District takes care of the roads for $200 a year per parcel, which is included in the property taxes.
